How It Works...
The bracelet is split into the seven days of the week which are represented by letter beads (M) (T) (W) (T) (F) (S) (S). The majority of medication is prescribed to be taken upto FOUR times a day and so there are FOUR beads between each lettered bead representing (MORN) (NOON) (EVE) (BED).
There is also a section on the bracelet to represent the 24 hours of the day. This can be used to chart when hourly medication was last taken, great for recording irregular medication such as paracetamol, flu meds or antibiotics etc. The Reminder Bracelet is a fantastic tool that is simple and effective to use.
